It also says to check the recording device settings, but when I do so all of the drop down menus appear blank. ![]() I also can't record or play back audio withĪudacity, since it says it can't find any audio devices and gives me an "Internal PortAudio error". Sound still comes through, but it sounds flat when compared to my audio quality from before the upgrade. I didn't know what to think of it at first, but over time I found out that my audio quality had dropped. 17 and the softwareĪpplication expects driver version. Whenever Windows boots up, the first thing that I see is an error message that says: Since I upgraded to Windows 10 back in July, I've had a frustrating error with my audio driver.
